We are thrilled to welcome you to Doig Intermediate, where we are dedicated to providing an exceptional and well-rounded middle school experience for every student. Our campus is a place of high achievement, supportive community, and innovative learning for all of our students.

• Platinum PBIS Implementation: We aim to achieve Platinum status, building on our current PBIS progress, to demonstrate a deeply positive and structured school climate.

• National AVID Demonstration School: Doig is recognized for its rigorous college-readiness systems that ensure all students are prepared for success in high school and beyond through the AVID program.

• US News Best Middle Schools: We were honored to be named the Best Middle School in 2025 by U.S. News, reflecting our outstanding academic performance and commitment to closing the achievement gap.

Our school is built on a foundation of support, high standards, and student well-being. Our students are supported through the following academic intervention and enrichment programs:

• Monthly Advisement Lessons: Built-in school day advisement lessons focused on social-emotional learning and development, helping students build resilience, strong relationships, and essential life skills. We also offer a supportive culture with mental health counseling and mentors.
• Spartan Hour: Addresses academic needs and provides tutoring support by classroom teachers after-school on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. 

• Boys & Girls Club: Develops social and athletic skills with homework assistance included.

• Student Clubs: A variety of enrichment clubs, including ASB Leadership, Dance, Music, ASB, Running Club, Doig Action Committee, Estados Unidos, Friday Night Live, and Geo Club
